Origin: The Philippines and nothern Borneo.
Temperatures: 20°-32°C
Water: water 2 to 3 times a week. Allow roots to dry out between waterings. Befog regularly. Less water in winter.
Air humidity: 70-80%
Placement: Full shade position + good ventilation
Presentation: Flowering size plant. Cultivated in a 9 cm pot with fine bark and cocos fibre.
Morphology: A medium size epiphyte or terrestrial orchid with a multi flowering inflorescence. Flowers are loved for the yellow lip and striped flag with curly petals. In case of the 'alba' form flowers are light yellow with yellow/green petals.
Flowering season: May to August.
Flowering time: 4 to 6 weeks
Fragrance: No scent
