Origin: Appears in Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines.

Synonym: Cymbidium pendulum var. atropurpureum

Temperature: 15°-36°C
Water: Once a week water. Befog regularly.
Humidity: 60-80%

Placement: Half shade position + good ventilation.

Presentation: Flowering size plant. Cultivated in a 15 cm pot with bark medium grain.
Morphology: A strong robust plant with several pseudo bulbs and 80 cm long leaves. 1 or more inflorescences produce 3,5 to 4,5 cm flowers.
Flowering season: Summer and Autumn.
Flowering time: 4 to 6 weeks.
Fragrance: Medium strong scent.
