Origin: Caribbean Islands, Brazil, Colombia and Venezuela.
Synonym: Camaridium coccineum

Water: water weekly, less in winter. Mist regularly.
Air humidity: 60-70%
Placement: Full to half shade position + good ventilation
Presentation: Flowering size plant. Cultivated in a 9 cm pot with sphagnum moss.
Morphology: A medium size epiphyte with little bright red flowers. 
Flowering season: May to July.
Flowering time: 5 to 8 days
Fragrance: No scent
